Yeah, only a few Aerostars were RWD. I was one of the lucky bastards who owned one. God, that car was hideous in the winter time.

Huh? All 1988/89 all Aerostars were RWD, in 1990 they had an option for AWD. In 1995-1997 they made is so only the extended ones could get the AWD option.

I heard that Toyota is a sponsor of the show this year, so we might be seeing more of them in the show.

Was this one on monday or did I miss an episode?? Hope I didn't miss one but I odn't remember him driving a Contour. I did miss the sunday night shows, if it was there. Can someone possibly get a pic? And was it a good shot/chase or whatever?
Edit: I did miss that one. Oh well, maybe they will air it again like they did in the past.

Hate to pick nits but the Aerostar came out in '86; base motor was the 2.8L, 2 BBL V-6, with factory headers, and the Mazda 5 speed.
Later. Pepse.

I noted the Contour also. I found the writing to be intersting, but the direction, production, and acting were kinda weak in my book.
I'll watch it more, but I won't cry if I miss a few episodes.
Must be that jumbly-wumbly thing happening again.

Oops, my bad You are correct!
I didn't know they had headers... but I know I drove an 88 [insert highest end model, like XLT maybe?] to Idaho. It had a digital speedometer that topped out at 85...

I know Ford was a sponsor a couple of seasons ago. There were F-150's everywhere and every other commercial was for Ford.
