yes creatine is not the best route to take !
so i dont advise it .
its good if you take it all the time and drink massive amounts of water , and work out ALOT !

i know alot of ppl takeing Tribulus (sp) and have found it helps . and i tend to like my HGH makes ya a bit more lean and havent read any thing bad or had any side effects
