I have a t-red 96GL with pin stripe. I plan on removing the door ding guards, but should I remove the pin stripes? Also, how do I remove the dealer sticker?

I would get rid of the pinstrip too. Just so it looks clean. To get rid of the dealer sticker go to the store and get some goo gone and rub it over the sticker over and over.

What kind of dealer badge is it? Is it a sticker(sort of like the pinstripe) or is it an emblem with a rectangle sticky on the back?

If it is a sticker just peel it off with the fingernail, but if it is the emblemget some goo gone ready. For the emblem it should just pull off and leave the sticky stuff on the car.

if the pinstripe is just above the clear coat, and the dealer "sticker" is actually a sticker, then go somewhere like Autozone or O'reilly and they have a special wheel for a drill to do this. It is a fully rubber wheel that won't damage the paint. I didn't believe it either, but it worked like magic, you might give it a try it's rather cheap...like $10.

I was going to mention that but I didn't want him to take the chance of burning throught the clear.

Thanks, will the wheel work on any drill?I'm sure my stripe is on top of the clear coat because I've scratched some away and it's just t-red as rest of the car underneath. I guess the dealer sticker is just a sticker, it just leaves some stickery stuff.
