well I found out the person that tried to cash the check was someone Ive Knon awhile, but I am taking legal action anyway. Sprint replaced the phone free of charge, I was accepted for a $31,000 loan toward a new car, which I dont want to rush into right away. Im still looking for a beater to get me to and from work though.
