Decent sized 2 stall garage too. Should have enough room for my engine hoist, full mechanics set of tools, my chev 358ci on an engine stand and a few misc. car parts. Along with my CSVT and girlfriends Acura Integra of course. I am living in Crystal, not far from you and I as well have a nice size two car garage! With of course all the stuff you listed tool wise lol. We could roll togeather sometime this spring to a meet when I get my tour running again.

I in essence got them to drop it another $6,147 because I had them pay closing costs.
