95=obdI=cable speedo
96+=obdII=electronic controlled speedo.
Fair enuf?
BTW, my stock speedo was 130...the SVT guages are dead on speedwise.

not completely true from what I have seen. my LS with the zetec has a cable driven speedo and my fathers SE with a duratec has a electronic speedo. both are 95's

I figure this since I have a cable my father does that runs through the firewall right behind the dash, oh yeah I have neddle wobble also
