JOHNNYFIVE... just tell him to apply to become a DEALER. get a dealer plate and then you can drive the car however you like. my friend justin just bought an r33 and is having it shipped here as we speak, but my other friend rob just bought a lotus elise, and he is either getting dealer or trader plates for that. theres always a way around it. laugh
