They do bolt right on, but you will need to get new nuts for it on the pre98's. They have different ones and don't come with the bumper.

Also, I bet anything that Car Parts Wholesale has made a typo with that. Notice the SVT and non-SVT bumper is the same number. Just with a "P" for primered. Call and find out.
