Nice! Does any of the cage extend into the drivers compartment near the doors? Also, what are you using for anchors on your harness? Did you have to add something or is there something already there?

no, mine does not have sidebar but I am sure that it would have been easy to have just added a bar that went from the brace along the side of the seat down to your ankle without making getting in and out of your car too difficult.

Jaged's is great but you need to basically grab the top of the car for leverage and drop yourself in or pull yourself up as the bars are thigh high or more. once your in its comfy as hell (keep in mind that I am also 30+ and not that damned limber anymore LOL)

I'm currently running Schroth Ralleye 3 harnesses that attach to the Cpillars under the existing grade 8 bolt.. the tails disconnect with a simple press for easy access to the rear area if you still had back seats.

I hope I helped.. feel free to ask any other questions you want..

I'm 41 - sucks getting old. I was more curious as to whether or not you extended the cage rather than if it could be done. Thanks for your help.

Actually no.. what I purchased was a univeral 4pt cage from RKSport for a Cavalier.. I wasn't sure that it would fit but figured that a shop could mastermind it if needed or I could sell it.

The thing fit great on the first drop in which surprised us all... the shop ended up adding about 10 inches of pipe to raise it up and make the mounting points at the correct angle so it could be welded into the car permantly

I did notice that there are many universal side bars you can purchase as well if your interested.. I think they are made by APR -- I have one of their chrome floor bars too that goes around the hump of the car and bolts into the side seatbelt holes
