I'm sure both are the typical 10.9 material used in DOT approved wheel studs. Unless the Eibach kit is not DOT approved?
However the spacers actually cause more stress on the suspension & bearing components by changing the suspension's geometry.
Trust me I know about the stresses on the suspension from the spacer,my brother still [censored] at me about them,(former CEG'er SQplus),but it was spacers or don't use my wilwood calipers.You make the call.I don't think that they are DOT approved but they are TUV+TSO approved in europe.I'm sure their standards are just as high if not higher than DOT.I think they use a higher strength material than factory,like ARP does for their wheel studs,but that is just speculation.
