Yea if you own a 78 Oldsmobile. Good luck using a slim jim with powerlocks.  I missed where cops had locksmith training. 
I locked the keys in my '98 when I had it, AAA used a slim jim and had the thing open in about 3 minutes. I believe the guy went about it on the passenger side back door.
