The odds of both sensors being out at the same time would be slim, but not impossible.. I would look for:

vacuum leaks causing your system to ACTUALLY be lean.
or:
one code to be a culprit and the others to be secondary to that code..

Find out if you are indeed lean, or not, and go from there.
