You may have a vacuum leak or bad Upper O2 sensors. P1131 is Bank 1 Upper O2 sensor. P1151 Bank 2 Upper O2 sensor. But first check for vacuum leaks.

Open the hood and try to locate a hissing air sound. It could be as simple as a vacuum hose broken but it could be others too. You might want to read through the TSB below for a full diagnostic of the P1151 and other codes.
