Sounds like a weekend project or talk to your GM Performance Parts Authorized Center, they can install it for you.

I was thinking he meant the car 3.4L DOHC... I wonder how that would turn out?
Hell, that would cost to much, I think... just drop a V8 in!

Because it's a GMC foo!
If you're thinking of the car MPFI engine with the flat intake with "2.8 blah blah" printed on it... it's not the same engine.
This is the truck version with more than likely a carb... later models got TBI.
