Around Chicago there is a gold mystique with just the SVT side skirts and it looks funny cause they hang farther down than the front and back bumper. I would only get the SVT side skirts if I had a full SVT kit. IMO

I don't have any pics, but don't get SVT skirts if you don't plan on getting SVT bumpers. It looks like crap with out them. The lines of it just don't flow with the rest of the car.

Sure, it's easy to say that you will get the SVT bumpers down the road, and pickup the cheaper side skirts for now, but don't. Definitely save your pennies and do everything at once, as SVT side skirts with SE bumpers will look..... well..... awful.

well, i do plan on getting the bumpers. i just want to put some skirts on the sides for now, so are you suggesting, as i have been picking up, that it would be better to get se or sport skirts now and then get the bumpers and do the svt skirts last? i'm about to get the beast painted and i want it to look a little sportier because i just do. it'd be cool if there was a pic so i could make my own decision. on the bumper issue, i'd prolly get the back first because it hangs higher than anything else and the front has to be molded since i have a pre-98 tour. now, if your selling a front one for that price, maybe i'd go for it.

umm, I see no point in having the car painted if you just plan to go and change the bumpers later on. as suggest save up and do it all at once
seems like a waste of money to me to put se side skirts on to just change them later, same with painting the car, unless you are going it all yourself?

Yes, buy Chris' front bumper, get the sideskirts, and try and find a rear bumper. Have them all painted at the same time along with the car, and it'll be HOT!

well my car is five colors right now, and none of them match. besides, it may be awhile til i get the "svt kit", but by then i can just get them painted with the same color code of the car. point being: my car looks like azz! and i would like it to look better.

well that is alittle different. yeah you should be able to color match the new parts later. maybe get a cheap paint job now and get a good quality one when you get the body work done?
