Keep thinking that. Once you build your 'bad ass GT' and pulley swap and a tune will take your B.A. designation away from you and Mr. T. The only arguement less is "My insurance is for a GT and yours is for a Cobra."
For the extra 12K, he could have twin turbos on his bad ass GT and knock the SC car on it's ass. And his insurance will still be lower.
As for styling, it's just as bland as the regular mustang from every angle but head on.
