Per my son, go Suzuki, though he might be a little biased. He has a 2002 TL1000R (track bike) and a 2005 GSXR1000. I've ridden the GSXR1000. Scary fast!

The Suzuki's have a TERRIBLE seat (as do the newer Honda 600RR's), absolutley awful to ride on for more than an hour. Alsoboth the GSXR-600 and the newer CBR-600RR will have you CRYING with wrist pain.

For you Bill, I would say get the Honda F4 it has a way nicer seat and the rider position is a little more upright so it takes a lot of weight of the wrists.

The R6 is pretty decent too.

Lets start a death-pool to bet on who ends up in intensive care first:

I got $50 on Bill

Any takers?

I love the seating position of the GSXR but that being said I dont' think i could have done some of the rides i did on my ZX6R on a Gixxer, your wrist do start to hurt after a while.

The newer zx6r 636's seem to be the bike to get.

Bill needs to learn on a smaller bike for sure!!!!!!!!

Also don't think your the [censored] and start giving people rides for a while, Totally changes the bike with 125 pounds behind you(thats assuming you don't like sea donkeys... Stazi likes to give grown men rides )

Worse decision ever was to give Todd a ride on the back of my bike. We could pull wheelies off idle, and he also couldn't stay on HIS seat which caused him to push me up against the tank - took me half an hour of pushing on my stomach to pop my testicles back out of my abdomen, after we got back.
