Yeah I know it is really hard to tell there is an improvement in the kitchen. I need to update that pic now. The granite counter top is now in. Aside from a horrible install job (they broke it) it does look pretty sweet. We will be stripping the wood for sometime to come. I still have a few more small tasks to get done before I can settle into a routine of doing that. We are very happy with the progress so far and what we pulled off in one month. Remember we gutted the main floor to exterior walls and built it back into to what it is now. Only thing we din't remove is some of the tall baseboards (they are 13" high) and some door trim. Otherwise everything was gutted and rebuilt including the removal of the old knob and tube wiring.
