Its very simple. Take a piece of fishing line, a credit card, your fingers(realy hurts) or something small enough to get the edge up and then just pull it back. Note if you start to pull and notice that the paint under the door ding is a different color I would suggest leaving them on. Once you have them off use goo gone on the adhesivbe that may still be on the door to get it off.
Hope This Helps.

Make sure you have alot of time on your hands. I did one side in about 3 hrs but i was messin around with other junk and not really working the whoel time. Its also a better idea to do it when its warm out. It was kinda cold when i did it so i poured hot water on it. Good luck and be ready for sore fingers.

fishing line Goo gone/WD40 old t-shirt wax Use fishing line to pull up one edge Check paint - if ok, proceed (You may want to do this for each door ding to see if paint is ok for each one) Pull door ding off Wrap old t-shirt around thumb and roll off adhesive Wash Goo Gone/WD 40 to remove any remaining adhesive Repeat for remaining door dings Wash, wax and enjoy. Not sure why it takes so long for some people. I had all mine off in under 30 minutes. Good luck!

Not sure why it takes so long for some people. I had all mine off in under 30 minutes. Mine didnt take very long, either. Not a hard job. I parked my car facing the sun for a few hours, then just grabbed a corner and pulled. Repeat for the other side. Actual work time was less than an hour. 97Contour- my cars the same color, check my link.

Okay, one very easy way to remove these things, and not worrying about that sticky stuff that may stay on the car. I'm not sure if it would work on all cars, but it worked on all the doors i used it on. The first door, I just pulled it directly off. A bunch of sticky stuff stayed, and I had a crap of a time removing it. As for the other 3 doors, i pulled it in an upward angle, rather than directly off. If you pull it slowly, and at the right angle, it just "slides" right off.
Give me more beer and CEG before i get depressed!
