Seeing that your in our "neck of the woods" I hope to see that ride at one our meets this spring/summer! Now as far as getting out the swirl marks, why not take it back to the bodyshop that painted it. I'm sure they really need to finish it off right after painting and can't do so usually until about a month or so, check into that first of all
After than, your going to want to use Pinnacle "Souveran" at that bad boy, no doubt about it. In a couple of the pages here you'll see the "formula" for application, but to save you the trouble, heres what I do for that car after its been wheeled out professionally:
-clay bar, probably doesn't need it but with it being in the bodyshop, why not
-Klasse AIO
-Klasse SG- (2) coats waiting 8-12 hrs inbetween coats
-Pinnacle "Souveran" specially forumulated for blacks, reds and dark colored cars
