Just out curiousity, is it really that hard? I thought it was bad on a duratec but not on a zetec..? And if there is a how to I'd be glad to take a look at it, but I have a manual so I'll use that too if nothing else.

If you have a Zetec, it's not as bad, I think. On the Duratec it's down right infuriating.
