do it at home your self with a heat gun and baseball bat
wedge the bat between your tire and fender push down on the handel and roll it along , to push the lip up .
and in the mean time have some one useing the heat gun on the paint so it dont crack .

Any why should someone with stock rims and tires have to roll the fenders?
