3M Perfect It II was made for use by hand. The regular 3M SMR (39009 or 39001) are very mild and it takes hours to notice great results. But, use what you like. I think Scratch-X just covers it up, though. I'd have to verify though.

The MSDS link from
here shows less than 0.4% IPA so I think you are okay. It is just a quick detailer product made for carnuba finishes. I don't think it will cause much harm that a freah coat of Z2 won't fix.
