Anybody have any experience with this? I've been using this since I ran out of Z-6. It seems to work pretty good. I've noticed that the 3m doesn't make my paint feel as slick as Z-6 does. I also read the label and it said that the main ingredient was isopropyl alcohol. I'm no expert, but won't the alcohol make my paint dry out? Any detailing experts give a shout.

What is the product you are asking about? If you have Zaino on your car, isopropyl alcohol will remove it. No wonder the car doesn't feel very slick - you are taking off all your Zaino! I have some Meguiars quick detailer for a non-Zaino car that seems to work well. It was only $5 for a big bottle at my local auto parts store. Haven't tried it on a Zaino'd car, though I am sure it will product similar effects (except dust reduction).
I just bought a case of Z6 because I use it so often. Miracle complement for Zaino polish, IMO.

My fault fellas. I meant to use it as my subject. The product was 3m Gloss Enhancer. I hope it is not taking off my Zaino.

I can't speak on that particular product. However, 3M stuff is generally very good. Their swirl mark remover blows though.

Well when I used it, it didn't do a whole lot. When I used Meguiar's ScratchX, however, I got great results.
Someone did tell me on Team-Integra that the 3M stuff should be used only with an orbital buffer for any type of result. So that might be the case.

Dan, 3M Perfect It II was made for use by hand. The regular 3M SMR (39009 or 39001) are very mild and it takes hours to notice great results. But, use what you like. I think Scratch-X just covers it up, though. I'd have to verify though. Bernie, The MSDS link from here shows less than 0.4% IPA so I think you are okay. It is just a quick detailer product made for carnuba finishes. I don't think it will cause much harm that a freah coat of Z2 won't fix. Aaron

Thanks dude. So do you think it will be ok to use this in between coats of zaino until I order some Z-6? I have been putting on some Z-5 every night without using anything in between because I'm scared of this product.
