Hmmm, so what's so cool about those black guages? They look pretty stock to me.

Look in the GB section for the Contours...
This guy has stock looking guage faces, but changes the colors of the film or whatever is back there.

Great little car. My sis has one and its suprisingly peppy with the 5 speed. Hers has power everything also. I would buy one if I could fit in it.

I have a 2002 5sp with 46658 miles on the clock.
No options what so ever. Still love the car, Very reliable starts up every morning with out complaint.
theres alway the quirks that every car has such as I have plastic vibration around the gauge pod.
how much are they asking for the car. I picked mine up with just under 20000 miles for 6000

They want 4900. Since it was in an accident and had some body work. It will need new tires within the next 10K miles, needs and alignment, and a new back rim (which he said he would replace). An alignment also would get done. Something felt funny abotu 2nd gear... like it engauged fine, but accelerating from a low rpm was kind of jolty...

Exactly. From one POS to another!
For 6-7K you could get a decent SVT that hasn't been smashed and nneeds this, that and the other. Personally I think the ZX2 is fugly and the quitessential hairdresser's car.

ive actually made the decision to stay away from it... Something just didnt feel right when I drove the car. Im going to stick with instinct on this one. As for an SVT, I would love one. But Couldnt afford the upkeep, nor the gas of one.
