Luckily for us ( in Quebec) we have a thing called "operation nez rouge" if you translate is " operation red nose" it's volunteer people that come and get you drive you and your car back home it's all "free", tips are always welcome, which most people will gladly give them atleast $20, so for me and a few others we will get drunk like skunks and then call nez rouge
