To anyone who has not read the Constitution lately, the Constitutional right to Freedom of Speech would in NO WAY bar or prohibit Trapps or any other private citizen from expressing dissatisfaction with the speech-giver. He can beat the crap out of the guy all he wants and he would not be depriving him of any constitutional rights.
