To anyone who has not read the Constitution lately, the Constitutional right to Freedom of Speech would in NO WAY bar or prohibit Trapps or any other private citizen from expressing dissatisfaction with the speech-giver. He can beat the crap out of the guy all he wants and he would not be depriving him of any constitutional rights.

While the whole flag burning thing was going on in the early 90's, a politician, who didn't agree that burning the US flag was protected as free speech, gave some good advice. If you don't like what someone is saying, start a riot. The person has the right to say what they want, but might be charged with inciting a riot.

Except the loudmouth is still protected by other laws, such as those against assault. In reality, few people would have a problem with the fatarse getting a beatdown, but at the same time, anyone who did so would technically be guilty of assault. Legally, you can't physically assault anyone who says something you disagree with.
