Actually it includes all of those. At the same time, though, the law would probably be lenient given the circumstances. In other words, I wouldn't expect security or police to be in too much of a rush to stop the fat guy from getting his arse kicked.



I think Tommy's referring to the public perception of those comments. If you say something stupid, you don't have the right for those comments to be accepted without reaction. Like he says below, there's a double standard when it comes to perception of 'freedom of speech'. Pat Robertson says we should assassinate Hugo Chavez, and it's the most awful thing anyone has ever said; people say President Bush should be assassinated, and they're 'exercising their right to free speech'.
