Ruby Tuesdays isn't exactly the place I like to drink at, probably best just to skip that. And I don't know how the area is with police and underage drinking, plus possibly driving,etc... I'm sure we'll have beer in the hotel room.

Right on, I can't really blame you for that. If it weren't for the fact I work there, I wouldn't go there either. but back on topic. Tons of go-kart tracks in P.Forge. Nascar Speed Park is there (go-karts that can do 60 mph+) there is a class you have to take before-hand and last time I heard its 50-75 bucks a-go there. But tons of other attractions in P. Forge and Gatlinburg.
