I suspect that they are the same heat range.
Since they are intended to be a factory replacement fine wire with platinum side wire, I would not be afraid to use them as long as the price is reasonable.
An Autolite 104 is the same as an AGSF32. The 764 is the AWSF32
The XP series has a fine wire Iridium center annode and a Platinum ground electrode. (i.e. large durability leap) That's why the price is a touch higher then a lower quality straight platinum plug.
