Yes, as you can see the early console can be fit to the later cars. I know of four or five people right off the top of my head that have one installed, including my self. And mine is in a 98.5 ATX...It looks much much better than the original piece. Only concern is that you'll have to paint it to match if you have the Midnight Blue interior. I don't have my pics uploaded right now but I will and I'll get back to this post when they're done.
