Gearbox & header install... Hmmm. Wonder if the shop re-installed your wheel & used an impact wrench.... Hmmm.
Seems to be a very common cause of these types of failures. I always DEMAND that the shop install my non-steel wheels & hand tighten the lugs and I WATCH them do it!
Couple years ago, some momo put an air wrench to my BMWs BBS wheels & it almost started a fist fight. He was a lazy jackass.
