Just sent this a few minutes ago via email. Good luck Bill!!!

Dear Linda,

I understand you've been in contact with our beloved Ford parts guy, Bill Jenkins, concerning an internet coordinator position at a Ford dealership in/near Las Vegas. My Ford relationships were all but defunct until I found Bill, having experienced poor workmanship, poor customer service, and just a general all around bad vibe about my local Ford dealerships in Des Moines, Iowa. Let me tell you that all of that changed when I met this guy named Bill Jenkins from halfway across the country. His knowledge base and willingness to help have been unmatched when it comes to tracking down "this one part that I heard about on Contour.org" or describing the part from under your hood and/or faxing him hand drawn pictures (my personal favorite). My first part from Bill was actually ordered by my girlfriend as a Christmas present for me over two years ago, the revised cup holders for '99+ Contours which my early '99 didn't have. She made the comment about "This nice man from Boston". I've purchased all of our car parts since then for my '99 Contour and my girlfriend's '00 Mustang GT convertible from Bill. People need a part, we point them straight to Bill, not their local dealership. That says a lot...

That "get it done" work attitude and his ability to help us find the right part (plus that great Boston accent!) puts him higher than all others combined in my book. Right now, it's not the Ford vehicle quality keeping me driving a Ford, it's Bill. Hire him and you will have my business now as well as the future in addition to 80% of the other Contour, Mystique, and Cougar owners that hit our forums.

Sincerely,

Brad Noon

Bnoon I'm envious of folks like you and Mr. Sun/exmilOfficer near St. Louis, the composition and the words just seem flow across the page. Only had on time I e'mailed Bill, however I better not write, I think one meaning and write another.
