i think his point is... don't say "buy polk, their stuff is great" when it all obviously isn't.

say "i bought this polk model abc and i loved it for these reasons".

it's akin to owning a vette and reccomending that everyone buy chevy since your vette is so sweet.

Exactly, everybody has opinions on here but to say "you have to go with brand x because thats what I have and they are awesome" is usually not the type of opinion somebody is looking for.
Just think of how many people on here would have Audiobahn if those types of opinions were taken seriously.
