Good News...it all worked out. Apparently Tony's family issues had him out of state and away from a computer, leaving him with no way to get in touch with me. (he hadn't written my phone # down anywhere)
We've been in contact daily since his return, and I received the wheels today as advertised. Nice to have a happy ending to something that looked pretty grim.
