You'll be paying out your ass for a 2006 bike. You're better off getting a 600R or a 636 that is a few years old and saving yourself a TON of money. Another good 600 to start on for you would be a Suzuki SV650. Easier to learn on and a little less twitchy as it's a more upright twin.
