Ya, welcome to the site!
There are TONS of free/cheap things you can do... just search around in the appropriate section, and you'll probly find something.
Example: some people put LEDs in the interior door handles... search for "led door handle" under "Aesthetics" with the operator "AND" instead of entire phrase with "all posts" to give you a lot of results.
And that seems like a decent deal if the car is in good shape! Get some pics up in the Pics/Video section soon!
