hey guys, just wondered if any of you have heard anything about inflating your tires with nitrogen as opposed to plain old air, and if you have, what you think of it. We just got a machine for doing this at the dealership where I work and it sounds interesting enough. I filled up my snows figuring it can't hurt. Supposedly nitrogen is a dryer, more inert, and more stable gas than regular air so it reacts less to temperature changes keeping a more consistant pressure, and also doesn't oxidize the rubber, which helps keep the air from permeating the sidewall. Just looking for thoughts and/or discussion.
