I think he is obligated to send you the item. A seller can end an auction at any time prior to the END of the auction, I believe. But since it ended and you paid, I think the rules state that the seller is obligated to provide the item to you.

As mentioned though, once you complain, etc. I'm sure you will get your $$ back, and the seller will get a slap.

If he told you he decided not to sell the item, then why is he keeping you $$? Those things seem to contradict.

I like how he said in the auction that he was selling this item to buy diapers and formula, but then told you he was in the middle of a 3.0L swap.

Good luck! I once got screwed on ebay, luckily for like $10. A year later I as still out the $$ and the item. It can suck, you have to be careful.

Good luck ! I say just get your $$ back, and move on.

It looks as if the ball is rolling. When I click on the ebay link.

If the item was removed by eBay, please consider this transaction canceled. If anybody contacts you to complete the sale, please ignore the request. Completing the sale outside of eBay may be unsafe and will not be covered by eBay purchase protection programs.

Never pay for your eBay item using instant cash transfer services such as Western Union or MoneyGram or by recharging somebody's prepaid credit card. These methods are not safe to pay people you do not know personally.

So it looks like Ebay is investigating it.

you have to cut and paste the whole link, not just click on the first half

and yes, dnewman04 is the moderator of the audio forum

Ok some miscommunication resulted in this issue. It has been resolved, I just want to set the record straight, and let everyone know that it was a misunderstanding. Especially since the seller is part of CEG. I didn't want to point the finger, just better understand the rules of ebay.

Thanks

The grammar was crap my fault i was rushing out the door.To make it short i bought the B&M shortshifter off of ebay and never recieved it wrote an e-mail to the seller and pay pal...paypal wrote me back and called me they said it couldn't be resolved because the seller had "proof" that he sent it out..although i didn't receive it..and on the topic of "should of bought the steeda" the B&M is alot better quality then the steeda.research it! now what do u guys have to say about that..

where'd you get that information from???????the steeda is a very high quality shifter...i was one of the first ones to put one on a tour....

the steead is every bit as good of quality as the b&m which is also a good shifter.....i have used both and prefer the feel of the steeda hands down...

the only bad thing about the steeda is you have to make a plate...but it is really no big deal and well worth the effort imo..
