You will probably get other opinions but here's mine.

Ceramic is better for most drivers.

Titanium may be better for extremely agressive drivers.

Titanium is really a semi-metalic pad with a titanium coating to add initial break in. Once the titanium layer is sacrificed (within a few days) you have a semi-metalic pad. Generally speaking, semi-metalic has a slight edge on high temperatures. Semi-metalic is more likely to generate brake dust.

Ceramic tends to be more rotor friendly. Ceramic tends to wear better in all but the hardest of driving.

These are generalities, and the exact pad formulation as well as the exact car application may vary.
