Well if you're going to pull it off the engine at least take it to a shop for inspection. If you don't have the diff replaced it shouldn't be too bad. You could send it to Terry and at least have him just repair what issues you have. He used to charge about $300 to open it and then you have parts on top of that. Maybe have a couple sync's replaced and you could be good to go. If you're brother does all the work of just replacing the clutch and you put it all back together and it's grinding it's going to get pulled all over again. See where we are coming from?
