I'm more worried about the clutch? What's that about? If both are in dire need of repair you have no choice? I'm sure you've let your grinding trans. go further than it should. You know it's only going to get more and more expensive if you don't have the internal parts repaired right? You pull the trans both things need to be repaired. Clutch AND transmission.
