I just pulled my moldings off a couple hours ago. Be warned, my front passenger door was repainted above the strip, and there is a nice gritty overspray line down the whole door. I'll probably have to repaint it completely. Check for this before going to it.
BTW, this is not as hard as everyone makes it out to be. Took me 45 mins total. If you don't want to tear your thumbs apart removing the adhesive, 3M sells a pinstripe removing wheel that attatches to a drill. It will take that adhesive right off without scratching. I didn't use one on my car, but I use them at work.
