Once again not a contour
Almost 4 year old new car

I actually bought this one for my wife. Figures that she gets the 2002 and I get a 1993!

144 miles. I love buying cars at the end of the year, the oddest things show up. This car has been sitting in a warehouse for the last 3 years. It was part of an overseas order that was never shipped. Never titled. I hope its not a scam! The dealer has excellent feedback with many automobiles sold.

One more to go (maybe) - and much more interesting to CEG!

Ha Ha! My wife won't mind - and this way I am not swap tempted with my next (possible) purchase.

She'll just be glad it has a CD player!

My parents have that exact car, color and everything. It's a solid car; you'll enjoy it. Doesn't even approach a Contour for handling, but has solid and smooth operation all-around.

Yet it says that it has a duratec
Quote:

The 2002 Ford Taurus is a genuinely satisfying car to drive. Its Duratec V6 is as responsive as a finger snap, delivering crisp acceleration from low revs straight through to the glass-smooth full-throttle shift point.

Read it again. It says the engine is an OHV, not OHC. Just because the review says Duratec doesn't mean it has one. They probably pulled that from a car review site. Also, it's not an SES model, which IIRC is the only model you can get the Duratec in.
