Even pieces of plastic in the intake wouldn't lock the engine. Unless you REALLY sprayed the injector cleaner in there and hydrolocked the engine.

More I think about it, you may have a dying battery? Is it more like a "clak-a-clak-a-clak" sound of the solenoid engaging but not having enough juice to turn the starter? Try a jump- Or charge the battery. If it won't turn with a good charge, you starter may have fried, or the engine's locked up. The ladder means pull all six plugs out and crank the engine to get all the crap outta the cylinders.
