I'm not sure what your point is here, we weren't talking about foreign nationals in the US (well, maybe we were, but you didn't answer when I asked who you were referring to).



If that was my only response, I would agree. What question is unanswered? Terrorism is against the law, right? So if you are a terrorist and you come into the country and attempt to or try to break the law and you get caught, you are dealt with according to the rules of law.
