And you're right, Canada doesn't need to spend any more money on troops. Canada relies on the US for protection which we do just fine at, so no need for more mounties.

Oh yes id call blowing up half the country and plunging it into civil war caring, also the unemployment rate in iraq has doubled, theres no hydro in half the country, hardly any sewage.... man we take in hundreds of humanitarian refugees a day and we donate billions of dollars and forgive trade debts, so dont tell me canada isnt caring. We were also the first to declare war on japan, even after they bombed YOUR country.
