True.

I believe the people being spied on were anti-war protesters and whatnot. I think the reason they may have been spied on is because that it could be said that some could be swayed to supporting terrorists. This isn't valid for a court order.

And the point is, it breaks the law. It shouldn't be done. And people that really feel wronged by it need to not be on an internet car forum whining about it, rather they should be contacting politicians,etc.
