The government has NO RIGHT TO SPY ON YOU OR INVADE ANY ONE'S PRIVACY WITHOUT A LEGAL COURT ORDER.
It doesn't matter if you have nothing to hide or are building a dirty bomb in your basement. If the government (local or federal) wants to spy on you, they have to show a judge probable cause that you are violating or conspiring to violate the law.
At least, that is the way it is supposed to be. The vile "Patriot Act" has removed some hurdles for law enforcement.
More like "take a crap on the Constitution and Bill of Rights Act".
